OutJump

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using OutJump, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the service.

2. Description of Service

OutJump is a web-based platform for recording and managing scores at NADAC (North American Dog Agility Council) dog agility trials. The service allows organizations to create trial events, invite scribes, record scores in real-time, and publish live scoreboards.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use certain features of the service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. Organizations and Roles

Users can create organizations to host trials. Organization administrators are responsible for managing their members and trial data. Scribes are granted temporary access to record scores during trial events. Administrators are responsible for the accuracy of data entered by their team.

5. Payment Terms

The first trial per organization is free. Additional trials are available for a fee of $99 per trial event. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the service only for its intended purpose of recording and managing NADAC trial scores. You may not use the service for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access to the system, or interfere with other users' use of the service.

7. Data Accuracy

While we strive to provide a reliable platform, OutJump is a tool for recording scores and does not guarantee the accuracy of data entered by users. Official trial results should always be verified with the trial host and NADAC.

8. Service Availability

We aim to provide continuous access to the service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect access. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

OutJump is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of material changes by posting a notice on the platform.
